1. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content included on our websites and within our digital and physical products—including but not limited to book text, cover art, illustrations, logos, taglines, and website design—is the exclusive property of Balaerdo Enterprises, LLC (operating as Skuulfire Press) and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Reservation of Rights: We reserve all rights not expressly granted in these terms.
• Prohibitions: You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or “scrape” any content from our sites or books for any purpose (including the training of AI models) without prior written consent from Balaerdo Enterprises, LLC.

2. Digital Licensing (California AB 2426 Disclosure)

When you “purchase” a digital book from Skuulfire Press, K.T. Pike, or Kimberly Theo, you are obtaining a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for personal, non-commercial use.

• Access: This license does not grant unrestricted ownership. Your access to the digital good is subject to the terms of the platform (Lemon Squeezy/BookFunnel).
• Restrictions: You may not resell, lease, or lend these digital files to others.

3. Refund & Return Policy

• Digital Ebooks: All sales are final. Due to the nature of digital content, refunds cannot be issued once the download link has been generated.
• Physical Products:
  • A. Online Orders (E-Commerce) We offer a 14-day return or exchange policy for physical books and merchandise purchased directly through our website(s) that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    • Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage and your order number.
    • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition to qualify for a full refund or replacement.
    • Shipping: Skuulfire Press will cover return shipping costs only for defective or incorrect items.
  • B. In-Person Sales (Book Fairs & Events) All in-person sales are final. Because customers have the opportunity to physically inspect books and merchandise at our booth or table prior to purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any items bought at live events, book signings, or festivals.

4. Third-Party Service Disclosure

To process your orders and deliver your books, we share limited data with the following partners:

• Lemon Squeezy: Our Merchant of Record for digital sales and tax compliance.
• Square: Our processor for physical and in-person sales.
• BookFunnel: Our secure delivery partner for digital files.
• Mailchimp/Substack: Used for email communications if you have opted into our newsletters.
